2. Self-defense

Cycling is a dangerous sport performed by pregnant women. This sport is risky to make you miscarriage because pregnant women are required to keep the stomach while maintaining balance. Expectant mothers are prone to cycling because there is a risk of falling bigger.

7. Bowling

Bowling is indeed seen as a fairly simple sport but the bowling ball itself is quite heavy. Bowling players need to keep the balance to throw a pretty heavy ball. So if pregnant women are doing it will risk losing balance and cause injury or occur. This game should not be done by pregnant women.

8. Horseback Riding

Riding sports are not allowed for pregnant women. Falling from horses is a risk that can occur and it can harm the content. Riding also requires full concentration and the technique of controlling horses well. Although a skilled horse riding though still not good riding while pregnant. Horse conditions can change and if they have fallen, pregnant women are very risky to interfere with their contents.

9. Ran

Running includes a simple sport done but still not well done by expectant mothers. Running needs a big effort especially if it's long distances. In addition, there is a risk of falling off running. That's the risk that should be avoided so as not to do risky sports falling. Running sports can be changed on foot which is less risky let alone pregnant women are usually more easily tired.

10. Sit up

Sit up is a good sport done when you are not pregnant. However, it can be very dangerous if you do it while it is pregnant big. Sit up makes your stomach distressed and causes undoing of oxygen supply to the fetus.

1. No Heartbeat

The bleeding that occurs when pregnant is very necessary in the beware.
