HOW TO INCREASE BREAST MILK

Not all mothers after childbirth, producing enough breast milk for her baby. When a mother who just gave birth turns out to produce enough breast milk, of course mothers will be worried whether the baby is getting enough breast milk or not. 


Mothers who produce BREAST milk are not in large quantities and then switch to infant formula. But the main food of newborns is breast milk. The breast milk should be administered exclusively in the first six months for the benefit of breast milk to be felt over a long period of time. With routine giving breast milk in the first six months of birth will also minimize the presence of allergies because breast milk also helps to increase body power because it contains antibodies.

The most common problem faced by nursing mothers is the lack of breast milk production. Unfortunately, many mothers do not know how to reproduce breast milk naturally, so the supplement becomes the main choice. In fact, the female body can naturally produce breast milk to meet the needs of the baby.
Here are some ways to reproduce naturally:

1. Massaging Breasts

6. Foods that Multiply
