In fact urinary tract infections can be caused by some things that may be unconsciously we do every day. Lazy replacing underwear especially pants is one of the reasons why there can be infections of the urinary tract. The following causes of urinary tract infections :

The most common cause of urinary tract infections is the bacteria Escherichia Coli, or commonly referred to as E. Coli bacteria. The preventive measures that can be done one of them is to maintain hygiene on the femininity area and reduce the use of pantyliner. Women are also supposed to be clean from the front to the back (from the vagina to the anus), and not the other way around. Clean with the direction from the front to the back instead makes you risk of bringing the E. coli bacteria from the anus to the vagina, causing urinary tract infections.

2. Do not clean your gender properly

Bacteria that enter through the urethral tract can spread infections in the bladder. Usually, the spread of bacteria occurs when you clean the genitals or after urination. Sometimes bacteria still stick and multiply rapidly resulting in bladder infections.

3. No urination after sexual intercourse

Sex can be one of the causes. Usually these bacteria are spread through sexual activity between men and women. The bacteria transferred from the intestines will pass through the urethra, and this will cause infection. Why is it common for women? Generally the urethra channel of women is shorter than men. It is highly recommended for women to urinate after sexual intercourse.

4. Drinking less water

When the body is deficient in drinking, the kidneys lose fluid. In fact, kidney needs fluid to function better. This will make you less urination and urine becomes more concentrated. Fluid deficiency in the kidneys will provoke bacteria to attack, resulting in urinary tract infections. Then the body desperately needs enough water to prevent infection in other organs of the body.
