Bogotá - A coal mineshaft in Colombia detonated. Officials found 3 covered bodies while 11 others were absent.
Detailing by AFP, authorities at Colombia's mining organization, Gustavo Raad, affirmed 3 bodies had been cleared on Thursday (2/6) neighborhood time.
Raad added '11 laborers are as yet absent'. In excess of 70 officials kept on looking for casualties on Friday (3/6). The casualty's family kept on sticking around the scene.
Dig secretary for the Norte de Santander division Jhon Olivares uncovered the reason for this episode. As per him, "There was a colossal blast inside the mine that caused the fire".
The ceaseless gas arising out of the mine region hampered the quest for casualties. He said "very nearly 90% of the mines imploded".
