EARLY SIGNS OF PREGNANCY



Signs of pregnancy are important to know early on. The reason is, not a few women who do not realize that she is pregnant, especially in times of young pregnancy. The early signs of pregnancy are difficult to know because the pregnant traits are usually not very significant and may have symptoms similar to menstrual symptoms.


Common signs in early pregnancy

1. Discharge fluid from the vagina

Plumpness pregnant women remove sticky, white, or pale yellow mucus from the beginning of the first trimester throughout the pregnancy. These symptoms are caused by hormonal increase and vaginal blood flow.

But, if the fluid coming out of the vagina smell features, itching, change color so greenish yellow, preferably immediately check to the Doctor ya, Bun. This may be signs of infection.

2. Rising body temperature

Normally, when the morning after ovulation phase, the body temperature will slowly increase. The temperature of the body will remain at that temperature until subsequent menstruation. But, if the body temperature continues to increase for more than two weeks, perhaps it is a sign of the pregnant mother.

3. No Menstruation (amenorrhea)

The initial sign of a familiar pregnancy is that when a woman is not menstruating or having regular menstrual periods. However, in some women who have a menstrual period (menstruation) is not smooth, it may be quite difficult to distinguish between themselves indeed late menstruation or pregnant.

In certain conditions, women may experience late menstruation. The cause of menstrual periods include stress, psychic conditions, overactive exercise, and so forth.

Therefore, a pregnancy test is required in the test pack or a consultation to the doctor to find out the early signs of pregnancy. Test pack is one of the screening tools that can indicate the possibility of a person pregnant or not early on.

4. Changes in breasts

Pregnant features can also be seen from the change in breast size. At pregnancy, the size of the female breast will become larger than usual.

This is due to the increased production of the hormone estrogen and the progesterone hormone in the body of prospective mothers. You don't have to worry because changing breast structure is actually beneficial to prepare to produce milk for your prospective baby later.

Breast size changes sometimes also lead to pain and pain when held due to increased sensitivity. You may also feel the itching around the breasts and begin to appear strech mark lines. In addition, the nipple will also enlarge with darker color, but the breasts will feel softer.

5.  Frequent urination

Early pregnancy signs can also be seen from changes in the frequency of urination. This is because the fetus that grows in the uterus will push the bladder, so that pregnant women will be more frequent urination. In addition, the increase in blood circulation and hormonal changes when pregnant is also the cause of pregnant women more frequent urination. 

Therefore, it is recommended to avoid caffeinated drinks when pregnant because it is diuretic, so that the bladder is faster filled with urine. This will give rise to the urge to urinate more often while pregnant.

6. Dizziness, such as spinning

Not infrequently pregnant women feel dizzy in the first trimester. Pregnancy causes low blood pressure and enlarged blood vessels.

But, notice the symptoms again. If the belly is accompanied by bleeding and severe abdominal pain, it can be an ectopic pregnancy symptom.

7. Bloating and constipation

Mothers may feel like wasting gas or defecation, but can not. This occurs because of  hormonal change in pregnancy thus causing constipation.

8. Experiencing false menstruation

About 25 to 40 percent of pregnant women will have mild bleeding or patches. The often-calculated mild bleeding occurs when the fertilized ovum attaches to the lining of the uterus. Usually occurs about two weeks after conception.

9. Appetite changes

In some cases pregnancy, the appetite of women tends to increase (craving of hunger). But in some cases, there are also expectant mothers whose appetite is decreasing, especially at the beginning of pregnancy.

These early pregnancy signs can be caused by hormonal factors that occur during pregnancy, morning sickness, or due to the increasingly sharp and sensitive sense of the smell. 

10.  Nausea and vomiting

Nausea and vomiting can be the preconceived conceiving features of the palling. Usually, nausea is felt very heavily in the morning that in medical terms is called morning sickness.

Trigger nausea When pregnant is caused by an increase in HCG hormone (Human chorionic Gonadotrophin) which suddenly exists in the bloodstream and urinary tract. This increase in HCG hormones can cause a poignant taste on the stomach lining and cause a sense of nausea.

In a book titled The Working Woman's Pregnancy Book, Dr. Marjorie Greenfield mentions that about 70% of women experience nausea and 50% of women experience vomiting during early pregnancy. However, you do not have to worry because this incidence of nausea and vomiting shows a well-growing pregnancy process. To help overcome nausea and vomiting while pregnant, you can smell fragrances like peppermint or other essential oil aromas.

11. Mood swings

In pregnancy, the HCG hormone will indeed increase so as to make the pregnant mother easily tired. Not only that, it also triggers mood swings or moods drastically.

That is why, expectant mothers tend to be more sensitive especially in the early trimester of pregnancy. Even the small and trivial thing can make pregnant women feel irritated and easier emotions.

You can overcome the mood swings by doing the things you liked or telling your condition to the closest person so that they better understand the condition of the pregnancy. You can also do sports such as meditation or yoga to relax your body.
